The Hub has two Arizona locations: one in Lakeside and one in Tucson. We also offer an online selection of firearms, parts, and accessories that you can purchase from the comfort of your own home. No matter where you choose to shop, The Hub has a wide range of weapons to fit your needs.

Our staff is always here to help, whether you are an expert with an in-depth question about a specific part or you are new to guns and need basic information. NFA CONTROLLED FIREARMS AND ACCESSORIES

The National Firearms Act (NFA) was a law passed in 1934 that regulates the sale of certain types of weapons. The law includes:

NFA regulations mean that these types of weapons can be difficult to find at other gun shops. As a result, collectors may find themselves searching all over without much luck. The Hub sets itself apart from other Arizona gun stores by specializing in NFA-controlled firearms and accessories. We want gun enthusiasts to be able to find exactly what they want when they visit us. In particular, we are experts on AR-15s, including the gun itself and its accessories. Our store associates are happy to answer any questions you have about hard-to-find guns, parts, or accessories.

SHORT-BARRELED RIFLES (SBRS):

A short-barreled rifle is any firearm with a buttstock and either a rifled barrel less than 16″ long or an overall length under 26″. If your weapon has a folding or collapsing stock, the overall length is measured while the stock is in the extended position.

SHORT-BARRELED SHOTGUNS (SBSS):

A short-barreled shotgun is defined similarly to SBRs, but with either a smoothbore barrel less than 18″ long or an overall length under 26″. These firearms typically fire a number of small spherical pellets called shot, or a solid projectile called a slug.

MACHINE GUNS:

A machine gun is any firearm that can fire repeatedly with a single trigger pull, including burst fire and fully automatic weapons. A gun that can be easily modified to fire more than one shot at once is also regulated under the NFA, as are machine gun receivers and other parts.

SUPPRESSORS (SILENCERS):

Legally known as a silencer, a suppressor muffles the sound of a gunshot. They make the change in pressure that follows a shot more gradual by increasing the space the gas has to expand from the initial gunpowder ignition. As a result, the sound of the shot is quieter, although not usually entirely silent.

The Hub is more than just a gun shop. We also offer training options to help you hone your skills. We have:

ARIZONA CCW CLASSES

Obtaining your Arizona CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) permit gives you reciprocity to conceal carry in states outside of Arizona. It also makes the process of buying guns easier and allows you to conceal carry in restricted locations such as public parks, restaurants that serve alcohol, and national parks. The Hub offers CCW classes so you can get your permit. These classes are four hours long and offered at both of our Arizona gun stores.

MILO RANGE

The Hub’s Tucson location has a MILO Range that you can use to improve your firearm skills. This virtual reality (VR) system lets you act out real-life scenarios where you may need to use your gun for self-defense. Law enforcement and the military use MILO to improve their tactical skills, so you know you are getting the very best in training. You can book a session for training or for entertainment and we offer a wide range of scenarios to fit your needs, from zombie apocalypse to realistic scenes.

INDOOR SHOOTING RANGE

Target shooting can prepare you for defending yourself in an emergency. Our Lakeside shop has a full indoor shooting range where you can practice firing your gun(s) or rent a weapon. Our Tucson location is home to a Gunfighter Canyon two-lane indoor shooting range. This location allows you shoot a full-auto weapon, try out historic Old West revolvers, and more.
